Our Story
How It All Began
Harvey and Nikka first crossed paths as classmates in Grade 7 - St. Germain, who happened to share the same circle of friends. Despite spending time in the same group, the two never seemed to get along as their personalities were complete opposites.
Nikka was known for her loud voice and laughter that can echo through the halls. She would often enter the classroom full of energy and her voice impossible to miss. Harvey, in contrast, found comfort in quiet moments. Reserved by nature, he enjoyed calm conversations and kept mostly to himself.
The Afternoon Everything Slowed Down
It was one ordinary afternoon after class, Harvey and their friends were, as usual, waiting outside the SMACV High School building for their service to arrive. It was a routine they had been doing countless times.
While Harvey sat quietly on the steps, his gaze drifted toward the school gate. He caught sight of Nikka. In an unexpected way, everything around him moved in slow motion, as though the world itself had paused to let him witness a moment meant only for him. He saw Nikka walking slowly toward the gate and the warm breeze brushed through her hair, making it sway naturally. The golden sunlight seemed to rest only to her, making her glow in a way Harvey had never noticed before. All the noises around him faded into the background. All Harvey could see was Nikka's smile, and all he seemed to hear was her laughter in a slow motion. The moment lasted only a minute, yet somehow lingered far longer in Harvey's heart.
Harvey couldn't explain what had just happened. He didn't know why that ordinary afternoon suddenly felt so unforgettable.
As the moment passed and the world returned to its usual pace, he realized one thing...
For the first time, he genuinely wanted to know Nikka, not just as a classmate who shared the same group of friends, but as someone he hoped to become real friends with.

From the moment Harvey began courting Nikka, there was never any doubt in his heart. To him, she was not simply someone he wanted to date—she was the woman he hoped to spend the rest of his life with.
Harvey had always dreamed that their monthsary would fall on the 8th, a number he had quietly wished would mark the beginning of their love story. But life had other plans, Nikka finally said "yes" on August 18, 2014.
Together, they embraced 18 as their own symbol of "infinity and beyond." It became more than just the date they started their relationship—it became a promise. A reminder that their love would continue beyond every milestone, every challenge, and every tomorrow.
From that day forward, "I love you to infinity and beyond" became more than just words they exchanged. It became the language of their hearts, a quiet promise they carried through every chapter of their journey together.
